two's Terms of Service

Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter agreements.
Services are offered for personal collector use only.

Trades & Offers

All offers are contingent on our in-person inspection of your cards.
We may refuse, adjust, or cancel a trade if condition or authenticity differs from submitted info.
Risk of loss in shipping follows the Shipping section below.

Sales to two

Payouts (PayPal or Zelle) are sent after inspection and acceptance of your cards.
If we decline, we will return your cards; you cover return shipping unless required by law.

Shipping

An insured shipping label will be provided to you by two. The cost of the label will be reimbursed to two upon your payout. You are responsible for packing securely.
Risk of loss passes to us only after delivery to our address.

Condition & Authenticity

We grade on receipt; final values depend on our inspection. If conditions differ from your submission, values may be adjusted.
Counterfeits or altered may be declined and returned.

Returns & Reversals

Returns and reversals are only accepted if a card we sent has missed damage before we sent it.
All cards are inspected and documented before shipment. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid or the declared value of accepted cards.
No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
